When are you are a Man ??

Whenever your Career is nothing but a path to earn money..
Whenever you run behind money not for you but for the entire world..
Whenever your age scares of your retirement planning...
Whenever you wake up every morning not with motivation but with compulsion..
Then you are Man..A father...A husband...

What is Break up??

Simple :  It is a permanent Solution to a Temporary Problem.

Beard Poem

After growing my beard,
Seeing myself as Vivin Pauley, entered Buhari,
But the waiter over there  Said
Sorry there is no entry to Bhikari.

Does The Path Matters?

Does The Path Matters!!!!!

Economy can be divided into three sectors, namely 1) Primary 2) Secondary and Tertiary.

In the Primary sector people do hardwork on something for which they dont have guaranteed results. This includes sectors like farming, fishing, mining etc. For example a farmer cultivates crop for the entire year in a hope that it yields better produce. Unfortunately due to some natural calamity like floods or a cyclone all the hardwork may go in Vain.

In the Secondary sector people work hard in an area where they have some guaranteed results. This includes sectors like manufacturing, oil refining, or any other production. In this sector the results are guaranteed as work in this sector will never fail. Even things goes very bad you have a product which will claim some value in any situation.

In the tertiary sector people work smart than hard. Their intelligence and education plays a major role in this area as this sector is primarily concentrates on serving the above two industries. The examples of this sector include banking, education , transport and distribution etc. These people can earn astronomical amount of sums in a small duration owing to the pre-requisites. There is no much loss because they do not work hard they work smart, if they fail at a later point of time they will succeed definitely because they are educated and smart.

There is something common in all the above three sectors. "WORK". Either you work hard or smart you have to work in any sector. If you take the explanation above the people work in the primary sector are the ones who are great considering humanitarian and logical reasons. But unfortunately things are different in the real world or at least in India. Here people are judged by the type of work rather than the nature of work. I would like to differentiate between these two terms, Type of work is the job you do like teaching, driving, consulting, business man etc, where as the nature of work is a very broad category which is just good and bad. Good work does something good for the society like all the legal jobs, on the other end bad work is something bad to the society like terrorism etc.

Why should we have a difference between people based on the type of work. Why is someone who does something sitting in an air conditioned office is considered superior than someone who does something easier but very important like farming. At the end of the both of us work for the same grains which we need thrice a day.

Smart people answer that people sitting in office earn more. More money does not mean that you deserve more respect than the one who earns less. More money means that you are foresighted if are earning just more than what you need.  If you earn something enough for generations together, it means that you are greedy not needy.

I had a few friends who studied abroad, in order to overcome their expenses they had to do obvious jobs like serving  in restaurants, working in supermarkets etc. Working over there had taught them the value of work and respect to the labour.  Thanks to the western civilization for teaching my friends the value of labour.

Due this differences which exists in the very roots of our country,we have many problems like caste-ism which is the same thing being followed since generations. This problem is not a problem but also the root of many other obstacles in the country. The population is already divided in many aspects making it easier for our rulers and greedy people taking the advantage out of it.

Finally, all of us work which is the starting point, all of us do it for grains which is the end point. Just like our faces are different, the same way our type of work differs which is the path for the same destination. So does the path matters?

Does the path matters?

Everyday.......Everymorning

Every morning There is a new begining,
Every morning There are new things to achieve,
Every morning There is new hope,
Every morning There is new life.

Every day is a integral part of life,
Every day is a life of itself,
Every day is a mixture of sadness, happiness, learning and joy.

There may not be tomorrow, but today is definitely yours, make best use out of it.

Add value everyday, grow everyday, learn everyday, enjoy everyday, prosper everyday.

Horrible Schooling, So called Corporate Schooling

Being Born in the 90`s I proudly say that i am from the last lucky generation. My childhood was a memory and i feel pity to all the kids these days as their childhood is being made miserable due to n number of factors.

Frankly the moment you come to class 10, you start facing the problems as that is the point where you have to do a marathon against all the odds in life at least till your retirement. So the only area where you can learn & enjoy simultaneously is the schooling.

It was my generation which luckily escaped the horrible schooling  (so called the corporate schooling ) system these days, but after that i could not do it for intermediate. At that time there were no other options to do my intermediate other than the corporate.  Since intermediate education was just for two years and we were little grown up by that time it did not lead to a major disaster but it has done the required damage. But after my intermediate it started going to the schooling system and is making the next generation fit for nothing.

India especially the state of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, will start facing a new problem in the next 10-15 years (the time for the current generation to come into economy). The Corporate schools have changed the complete meaning of school education. Unknowingly a student learns a lot in the school. It might be sports, soft skills, life skills, curiosity, ways to think etc. The corporate schools do not have a environment which nourishes any of this skills.

There are many schools in the state, which do not even have a play ground.  I feel it much better to call them as industries which manufactures rankers and scorers rather than schools . Ideally a school is a place where you discover yourself, you know what you are good at, what you are interested in etc. Its the first place where you know your passion and have the ultimate liberty to work towards it. But in schools these days, children are being trained( tortured) to scores ranks. They are being made to by-heart and reproduce the same data in examinations without even understanding it. Thus leading the country nowhere.

Parents are other contributing factor to this problem. Parents start comparing with other students thus pressurizing  them. Parents knowingly set up SMART goals to children which is making the goaks SMART and the child "NOT SMART". Parents should not compare children with others, the more parents compare a child is killedchild mentally, we forgets his capabilites, his creativity etc. I agree that parents have all the right to take care of a child`s education, but they cannot force him to do a particular thing just because it is the best in market as of now. An example of this failure is during the early 2000`s IT boom was on it peaks and there was a lot of demand to IT graduates,  since IT jobs were one of the high paying jobs back then everybody followed it just for the reason some body else did it and is earning more. The result was evident in the year 2008 where there was a global recession and many people lost their jobs. At that point there was no other option available as the state was full of IT grads and there are no jobs to them. Parents should understand the interests and the hobbies of their child and should guide them accordingly. So how to know the interests of children, an Ideal school does it.

What are the qualities of an Ideal school??

  • It has a playground and has the provision to teach sports to children.
  • It explains and makes the children to understand the subject and inculcates curiosity towards subjects.
  • It teaches children communication rather than languages, to know what are communication programs some of the examples include, Elocution,  Debates, Oratory, Public speaking etc.
  • It enhances and brings out the creativity out of children through fine arts like painting etc.
  • Programs such as NSS and NCC to inculcate patriotism and socially responsible.
  • Programs to develop leadership skills like house activities, group activities etc.

These programs do not make them stars right from childhood. But they make them better person and teach all the necessary skills to make better life.

Finally, i would like to remind what Jack Ma the founder of Ali baba said to his child "You need not be the best student, just be an average student with decent scores, this will teach you all the necessary skills required for the rest of your life". Make sure that children earn and learn skills because marks do not fetch them grains but skills do.

"Mother"Land

I Have a small story to share with you guys!!!

Once upon a time in a small village there lived a lady. She has lost her husband and lives by working as a agricultural laborer. She is a daily wager  and all her hope is her child. She had a bright son who did many wonders since childhood. The lady discovered the bright future of her son and started working day and night, just only for her son. She went fasting many times only to provide sufficient food for her son. She felt that her sons future is her future and sacrificed many things for him.

After some years, as the lady expected the son turned out to be an excellent doctor. He was married and has got a family of his own. He turned out to be selfish and he is worried more about "his life", "his wife" and "his children". But the future of the lady remained unchanged. Even today she works on daily wages and now the intention is different. She now works not to see a bright future of her son but to feed herself, just to have a meal.

The story which i just now narrated is not just a story, is just a story of ever happening. In this story the son is you and the mother is our own country. When i say this example i can see a thousand hands pointing out that in the story the mother supported the child, but our country did not support us.

To answer this, there are two ways to look at it.

  •  According to famous poet Gurajada Appa Rao, "Country is not the soil, country is the people living in it". People means you, me and all of us. If you give something that implies that the country has given. If you taken some thing, the inference is that the country has given you in form an other human being. Finally country is nothing but all of us together as a single entity.
  • The other way to see thing is country has given you everything. There are many things which the country has given. In many countries even today there is lack of food, lack of security , lack of education and there is no one even to listen to you. In many countries around the world you have no guarantee that you will return home with life. Even today many countries citizens are fleeing to other countries as refugees. In such a pathetic situation around the world, this country has given the freedom to complain about it. This proves that the country has given you many things but may be you have not realized what you got from it.
If the story of single mother could be so heart touching, just imagine the situation of one mother who has given birth to 1.2 billion children situation.

In the story above the son turns into selfish guy and starts worrying about his life and wife. Today most of flee abroad stating that there are no education and employment opportunities in the country. In such a situation our son could take his mother along with him and look after her. The same can also be applied to country as well. When you are growing in your career, take the country along with you. Then the will also grows with you.

To conclude, there is no point in education, values or ethics if you don`t look after  your parents in their old age. Similarly there is no point in your career, your riches and your wealth if it does not help the country. The same path which leads to city from a village also leads to village from city, we have to walk it again in the reverse direction and fix things in village.
